Who is responsible for your information?
Andie Brocklehurst is responsible for personal information used to provide these products and customer support. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to andie@andiebrocklehurst.com.
Information that may be collected
- Contact and order details supplied when you purchase through WarriorPlus or redeem access through Gumroad.
- Messages, files and other information you choose to send when requesting support or a refund.
- Basic technical information recorded by the web host, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and access time.
- First-party cookies and local browser storage used on the optional offer page to remember the offer deadline and whether the introductory offer has ended.
How it is used
Information is used to process and verify purchases, deliver products, provide customer support, handle refunds, prevent fraud, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. It is not sold to third parties.
Payment and embedded services
Payments are handled by WarriorPlus and, for the recording-access redemption process, Gumroad. Those services process information under their own privacy policies. This website does not receive or store your complete card details.
The optional-offer page contains a privacy-enhanced YouTube video. Loading or playing it may send technical information to Google or YouTube. You can read the Google Privacy Policy and the Gumroad Privacy Policy.
Cookies and browser storage
The optional-offer page stores first-party values needed to operate its introductory and standard-price states. The deadline and decline records may remain for up to one year; the repeating standard decision-window deadline is renewed when a new window begins. You can remove these values using your browser’s cookie and site-data controls, although doing so may affect which offer state the page displays. WarriorPlus, Gumroad and embedded video services may also use their own cookies or similar technologies.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the site, process orders, deliver products, provide support, comply with law or protect legitimate rights. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, including accounting, tax, dispute and legal requirements.
